Job Title: Supply Chain Officer 

Job location: Palestine, Gaza 

Reports to: Logistics & Procurement Coordinator 

JOB SUMMARY 

The Supply Chain Officer plays a critical role in supporting the organization's operations by overseeing procurement of office supply, utilities, assets, stock and logistics functions. This includes acquiring services and goods efficiently, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines/ polices, and managing the supply chain effectively.  

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Procurement, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics management.
3. Experience working on internationally funded projects is preferred.
4. Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills include patience, diplomacy, willingness to listen and respect for colleagues.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
