Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Senior HR Officer
Job Purpose:
To provide daily administrative support to the Human Resources department by monitoring attendance, assisting in recruitment, preparing draft reports, and organizing documentation, ensuring accuracy and smooth workflow.
1. Attendance & Payroll
Collect daily attendance of staff (security and field teams).
Enter initial data into Excel sheets and prepare them for HR review.
2. Recruitment
Coordinate logistics for interviews (schedule appointments, send invitations, track attendance).
Prepare preliminary recruitment reports (attendance/absence, number of candidates).
Document interview committee results after review by the direct supervisor.
3. Complaints & Reporting
Draft initial reports and complaints for review and approval.
Assist in gathering simple information or evidence when needed.
4. Communication & Follow-up
Conduct basic follow-ups with field staff based on supervisor instructions.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding attendance or recruitment as needed.
5. Filing & Documentation
Archive and organize documents (photos, videos, files) for easy retrieval.
Regularly update files and records.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
1–2 years of prior experience in administrative or HR work (preferably in humanitarian or field settings).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills in Arabic; basic knowledge of English.
Commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
